ARRIVAL OF THE KAIKOURA.
(press association telegram.) / Wellington, April 22. Arrived — Kaikoura, from London and Hobart. The weather was moderate, and the voyage uneventful. Mr Jaggard, formerly ohief officer, is now in command of the Obarama, and Mr Noakes, late of the Ruapehu, succeeded him. Messrs McKellar and Terry, late second and third officers, have joined the Waikato, Messrs Hawkes and Jeffrey succeeding them. She brings fifty-one passengers, iucluding among whom is the Hon. F.
