THE YALDHURST STUD.
Quite a large company proceeded to Yaldhuiab yesterday afternoon for the sale of Mr G. G. Stead's racing atock. Kvery facility for the inspection of the horses was given before they were led into the ring, and for an hour or bo prior to the first lob beint; submitted the mares and young stock iv the paddocks, and the housed animals in their boxes and alalia were critically bcauned. Anioug those at the ringside when the sale proceeded were Sir George Clifford, Hon. J. D. Ormond, Messrs H. A. Knight, C. E. Todhuater, J. F. Reid, Oauiaru, J. A. Cook, Dunedin, J£. Gates, S.
