(PRESS ASSOCIATIOiV TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, April 8. The return for the month of the Moanatiri mine was 4650z retorted gold, treated from 541 tons of quartz aud 230iba of specimen stone.
The terms upon which the Maoriland properly is floated on the London market, as cabled yesterday, are as follows :—The new Company to have a capital of £100,000, a working capital of £30,000 to be provided, the present shareholder to receive 375 fully paid-up shares for every 1000 in the original Company.
A telegram was received to-day from London stating that negotiations for . the sale of the Tokatea mine, Coromandel, are proceeding favourably.
A representative of a Heme firm ia negotiating for the purchase of the Princess May properly at Mania, comprising 100 acres.
