London, April 7. Mr Win. Kellett is promoting a company to ship Queensland produce, especially beef, direct to Manchester. He seeks to combine the producing, shipping, and distributing interests.

Breadstuff's are dull, and there is a slightly easier feeling ; chick wheat 3s 6d to 3s 8d ; milling, nominal; New Zealand to arrive, 3s 7d; flour, intercolonial, roller, £10 to £10 5s ; New Zealand and Calif ornian, £9 10s ; oats, New Zealand, prime, Is lid; fair feed, Is lid; barley, Cape, 2s lOd to 8s; maize, prime new, 2s 3d to , 2s 4d ; bran and pollard, good demand, 8d ; peas, Prussian blue, 8s 9d to 4s ; potatoes, Circular Heads, £310s to £3 15s ; onions, Victorian £6 5s ; New Zealand £6 15s; butter, dairy, 7d ; factory, 8d to B£d ; cheese, very plentiful, quiet, New Zealand, 6d to 6Jd ; bacon, 6d to 7d. Melbourne, April 8. The markets have not recovered from the holidays, and there have been no transactions in grain. Wheat is quoted at from 5s 2d, and flour, roller, £12 10s; potatoes, £2 10s to £21os.
