CHRiyTCHURCH. Wednesday, April 8. (Before T. Gapes, J. Hamilton, E. Green, and T. McClatchie, Eagre., J.P.'e.) DitUNKKNNKSS. — For thia offence John McCormack, who had been under medical treatment, was fined 10s, and ordered to pay 14* expensea, or iv defanlt forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Three men not before convicted were fined 5a each, or in defanlt twenty-four honra' imprisonment.
Lakcbny.—John Frederick Recce, on remand, for whom Mr Joynt appeared, was charged with having on March 30th stolen a quantity of iron and coals, valued at £2, the property of S. P. Andrews. The ease was proved, and the accused sentenced to two months' imprisonment with hard labour.
