The whole of Mr Stead's extensive stud of thoroughbreds will be offered for sale at YaldhuraC to-day. The fine form shown by those of the lot in commission that sported silk at Riccarlon on Monday and Tuesday is sufficient to indicate the high character of stock that will be lei into the ring. There is little doubt there will be many birgaine to be picked up. As notified elsewhere, drags will leave town at one o'clock to take intending buyers to Yaldhurst. This forenoon, at Tattarsall's yards, Measra Pyne and Co. will submit to auction a number of raciog stock. The lote are duly set forth in out , advertising columns.
For misconducting himself, a jockey was cot permitted to don colours yesterday.
