Senor Canovas, the Premier, is inviting subscriptions to a 6 per cent, popular war loan of 6,000,000d01. per month until July. NAVAL STORES BURNED. Calcutta, March 12. The naval stores' at Bombay have been destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at fourteen lakhs of rupees.
