SUPREME COURT TRIALS.

(PRESS ASSOCIATION T3LEGRIM.) NAPIER, February 13. In the Supreme Oourt Alex Walls was acquitted on a charge of sneepstealing at Waipawa. Bobert White for breaking and entering, was sentenced to three yearn' imprisonment. Thnini Tewh&to, for a similar offence, was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Hugh Hickey, for robbery from the person, received three years' imprisonment. Frederick Annear and <*eorge Oaatle, for forgory, were sentenced to five and three years' respectively. Charles Howel and Edward Gibson, for theft, were sentenced to two years and eighteen months respectively. The charges against Henry Brooks, for stealing wool at Makatoku, are proceeding.
