RUSSIAN EAILWAY IN MANCHURIA. A French Company has received a contract to build a Russian railway in Manchuria. A Russo-Chinese Bank is assisting in providing the money, WEST COAST MINES. An exploring company, under the auspices of the Rothschilds and Mr Antony Gibbs, has been formed with capital of a quarter of a million, to acquire Mr Ziman's options in connection with the Reefton gold mines on the West Coast of New Zealand. The amount was privately subscribed. REBELS RAVAGING FORMOSA. Shanghai, February 11. Thousands of rebels are ravaging Formosa. THE JINGO CRAZE. Washingtgn, February 11. Senator Smith said the people were sick of the Congress and disgusted with the jingo craze.
