TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, — Your correspondent "Schoolmaster " is very muoh abroad when he says that ib is commonly reported that Mr R., M. Taylor, if elected, is to get the portfolio of Education. Someone has been stuffing " Schoolmaster ;" no such arrangement has been made. But it is an open secret that Mr E. M.
