[BY HO-TESTT.] The well-known performer, Native, has been so injured by getting entangled in wire that it is doubtful if ho will be seen on a track again. Interviewed recently, Mr Campbell, M.L.C. George Watson, the V.R.C. starter, on the other hand (says a Sydney paper), asserted that it would never catch on with the public. Trotting was only a butcher's game ! Doll changed hands while in Wellington at £50. B. Edwards has Little Hero and F.B. at Riccarton. The programme for the Plumpton Park R. and T.C.s Autumn Meeting takes place ou Saturday, March 14th.
