Maintaisen'CE.—Ambrose For, for whom Mr Cuthbertson appeared, was ordered to pay 25a per month towards the support of his wife, Agnes Fox. Civil Casks.—D. Brick vG. E. Smith, £85 5s 3d. Mr Wilding for plaintiff, Mr Cuthbertson for defendant. A counter claim was put in and, after evidence bad been given at great leugth, judgment was given for plaintiff for £34 and costs. Judgment was given for plaintiffs in W. B. Compton v A. Buckley, os pound fees ; and J. Clarkson v J. Bull. £13 143 &Vl. The Shop Act.—S. E. Burnard was charged with a breach ot the Shop Assistants Act. Mr Crisp appeared for the prosecution, Mr Wilding for the defence. The case was dismissed. 2s Matchless lea reduced to It lOd.
