Mr E. A. Peache, Mount Somers, arrived in town yesterday. Mr E. G. Wright, Windemere, is in town. Mr John Kingsland, Invercargill, is staying here. Mr A. A. Bridges, Danedin, arrived in town yesterday. Mr R. McKinley, Duuedin, is in town. Captain Kennedy is a passenger from Wellington by the Flora to-day. Major Wyllie is a passenger from Wellington by the Peuguin to-day. The Rev. Meeare Hay ward, Guy and Pestre are passengers by the same steamer. Captain Hutton returns by the same steamer. < Sir John Thureton is a passenger from Londou to Auckland by tne E.M.S. Tongariro. Mr Edgar Jones, of Pahau Pastures, was in town lasc evening. Mr W. H. A tack was a passenger by yesterday's express for the South. Mr A. Cohen returned to Dunedin by the same traiu. Mr O. J. Marahall returned last night from a visit to the Haumer Plains Sanatorium.
