(?RESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAMS.) AUCKLAND, December 30. The death is announced of the Rev. Fletcher Long, of consumption. DUNEDIN, December 30. At the Port Chalmers Police Court a Chinaman was fined Is and 7e costs for working in a garden on Sunday. The charges against a number of men working for wages were dismissed, and the Bench ordered a summons to be issued against the owner of the garden.
