Drunkenness.— G. Harding and Margaret Wickham, for this offence, were fined each lps, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Miscellaneous.—The following fines were inflicted:—H. Burton, for allowing two horses to wander, ss, costs 7s ; J. Bill, for keeping three unregistered dogs, £1 10a, costs 7s; J. Gray, for riding a bicycle on -a footpath, 10s, costs 7s; Bella Sinclair (for whom Air Donnelly appeared), for keeping a brothel, £5, costs 16s. Civil. Cases.—Judgments went by default, with immediate execution, in Tindall v Woodloch, £11 10a; Burnip v Woodloch, £20; and Parker v Woodlocb, £10.
