COAL AND TIMBER EXPORT.

(PRESS ASSOCIATIO-f TELEGRAMS.) GREYMOUTH, September 1. The flooded state of the river during the week prevented the export of coal, with the exception of 1919 tons. The export of timber for August was 1,245,104 feet, WESTPORT, August 51. The coal export for the week ended today was:—Westport Coal Company, 2694 tons; We-tport-Oardiff, 506 tons; total, 3200 tons.
