GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Out of respect to the late Mr Justice Richmond, the two Houses did no business in the afternoon. The Council adjourned till Wednesday. In the evening, the House began, in Committee, the debate on the Financial Statement. The debate continued till ten minutes to one o'clock, when it was adjourned till to-day.
