Professor liickerton returned to Christclinrch yesterday. Sir John Hall was in town yesterday. The Very Rev. Dean Ho veil, of Napier, will attend the Church Mission Fund annual festival in Chriscchurcb the week after next. Captain Anderson is returning to Christchurch by the Talune to-day. Their Honours Justices Denniston and Williams are passengers by the same •teomer. Mr' John Grigg returned to Longbeach yesterday. Mr and Mrs TurnbaU returned to Tiraaru ywterday. Mrs Secretan went to Aahburton yesterday. Dr. Moorhonse came up by yesterday evening's express. The Bishop of Chrietchurch visits Ambarley to morrow.
