WELLINGTON, July 19. Arrived—Mahinapua, with the San Francisco mail, at 4.15 a.m.; Corinnna, 2.30 a.m. Takapuna, from Lyttelton ; Penguin, from Nelson. Sailed—Grafton, for Nelson and West Coast; Australia, for the East Coast and Auckland. Peuguin, at 1 p.m., for Lyttelton, with the San Francisco mail. Passengers—Miss Wardell, the Hon. E. 0. J. Stevens, the Rev. Wood, Messrs Kippenberger, Cameron, Moore, Harris, Sandeman, Lyous, MoPhail, Tar ton, Livingston, Pymont, VVallins, Russell, Waymoath, and 7 steerage. Corinna, for tie South. PassengersMisses Glasgow and Banka, Mrs Minson, Messrs Smith and son, Teroti, Trebywall, Hutton, Higgius, Ballantyne, Mnsgrove, McCormick, Manson, Crawley, Masters, and Brebner, and eleven steerage. Port Chalmers, J uly 19. Arrived—Maori, Captain Moffat, fortyeight days from London. Passing the Snaies at 6 p.m. on the 17th a light was seen on the beach at Boat Harbour. A blue lighc was sent up, and Captain Moffat decided to lie off the Island all night. He blew the whistle frequently and sent up rockets. At 7 a.m. on the 18th lie steamed
along the Island, but saw nothing but a schooner, evidently a sealer. Bluff, July 19. Arrived—Star of Now Zealand, steamer, from Wanganui.
