SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) NELSON, July 18. In : the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr Justice Richmond and a special jury, Austin Weller sued J. Langley Adama, and claimed £1000 damages tor malicious prosecution. Some time ago Weller was arrested and brought before the Magistrate on a charge of breaking open a box ab the Rotoili ran and stealing the contents. The same Magistrate dismissed the charge without calling on the defence.
