Losdox, July 16. The following sitting members have been returned : — Messrs M. Healy and F. O'Brien (Nationalists), Cork; Mr Wallace (Liberal), Edinburgh ; Sir J. Leng and Mr Robertson* (Liberals), Dundee; Mr McCalmont (Tory), Antrim ; Sir C. Dilke (Liberal), Forest of Dean ; Mr P. O'Brien (Nationalist), Tipperary; Mr Cavendish (Unionist), Derbyshire; Mr Martin (Unionist), Worcestershire ; Mr Maden (Liberal), Eosendale; Mr Tuite (Nationalist), Westmeath Mr E. Ambrose (Nationalist), Mayo; Baron Rothschild (Unionist), Aylesbury ; Captain Donelan (Nationalist), Cork ; Mr Commins (Nationalist); Sir W. Fletcher (Tory), Lewes.
The returns so far give Tories and Unionists 281, Liberals 47, Parnellites 4, anti-Parnellites 13.
July 17. Mr Davitt's opponents contend that his election is invalid.
Mr Eobson (Liberal) has been elected for South Shields.
Mr Cox (Unionist) beat Mr Paul (Liberal), at South Edinburgh. The Parnellites gain Kilkenny, where Mr O'Brien was elected.
The sitting members have been returned for Waterford City, Galway City, and the St. Stephen's Division of Dublin.
