Advices from Berlin state that the German Government have sent a Bill to the Reichstag proposing further legislation on sugar. The law of May 31st, 1891, granted export bounties as folio ws :—Class A, 1.25 marks; clas3 B, 2 marks; class C, 1.65 marks per 100 kilog-i.
