On the application of Mr Beawiek, his Honour made au order for probate to U U Bowen of exemplification of will ana codicil. RE ELISHA ROUND, DECEASED. Mr Hunt applied for probate herein. His Honour made the order as prayed. TBMBY V TEMBY. In this case, which was an application fol Mr Kippenberger asked that the matter should stand over. Order accordingly. CAX AND FLETCHER V HUMPHRIES AND CO. Mr Beswick appeared in support of aa application for an order to take aoooonts. Sir Bruges contra. After argument the accounts were referred to the Registrar, costs £2 2s to be coats ia the cause. RE JAMBS THWAITBS, DECEASED. Mr Donnelly applied herein for letter! of administration. His Honour made the order as prayed. RE EDWARD GARLAND, DECEASED. In this case, which was an application by Mr Slater for leave to sell land, His Honour took time to consider. BE E. B. BETTLE. This was a return to a summons calling on the District Land Registrar to show cause why he should not register a dealing herein under the Land Transfer Act. Mr Russell in support. Mr W. B. Cowlishaw contra. Afcer argument, the matter stood ovei for a fortnight.
