NEW ZEALAND PRIZE SHEEP. t Press Association- By Telegraph—Copyright. Sydney, June 29. The annual show of the New South Wales Breeders' Association was opened to-day, when the judging took place. The formal opening by the Governor is fixed for Monday. In the prize list are the following New Zealanders:—Mr Threlkeld of Canterbury took the champion prizes for the best English Leicester ram and English Leicester ewe; Mr Cobb, of Palmerston North, the champion prize for the best Eomney Marsh ram ; Mr Wallis, of Woodstock, the champion prize for the best Romney Marsh ewe. In the Romney Marsh class for rams Mr Cobb took the first and third prizes, and Mr J. Burrows, of Wairarapa, the second prize ; for rams under two years Messrs Bidwell Bros., of Wairarapa, took the first, Mr Wallis the second, and Mr Grey, of Masterton, the third ; for ewes over two years, Mr Cobb took the first and third prizes, and Mr Wallis the second prize; for ewes under two years, Mr Wallis took the first, Mr Mungavin, of Porirua, Wellington, the second, and Mr Cobb the third ; in the English Leicester class, Mr Threlkeld takes three first prizes for rams and a second prize for ewes.
