A WORD OF WARNING.
The Otago Daily Times warns housewives not to leave the weekly wash out overnight in this wet and wintry weather. Experience in the north end of Dunedin shows that it is not safe to leave clothes on the line after darkness has set in. The wife of a wellknown citizen was astounded one night this week to learn that a clothes line had been stripped by about seven b'cloc'c in the evening, the total value of the articles taken being about £4.
