The New Zealand Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association report for week ending Tuesday, May 28th, 1895 :—•

Wheat—Market excited, 3a 4d, 3s 7d, f.o.b.

Oats—Firmer, milling Is sd, Is 6d, feed Is' 4d, duns Is 4J, Is 5d

Barley—Dull, prime malting 23 6d to 2s 9d, medium 2s to 2s 3d.

Beans—lmproved demand, 2s 2d to 2s 3d, f.o.b.

Peas—Quiet, blue 2s 4d, feed 2s 2 J to 2s 4d.

Clovers—Steady, white 9d to 10d, cowgrass 5d to 6d. Cocksfoot—Unchanged, 2|J to 3^l. Ryegrass —Unchanged, dressed 3s 6d to 4s 3d, farmers' 2s 6d to 3s.

Potatoes—Fair demand, 20a to 22s 63, at country stations. Butter—Fair demand, prime fresh 7d to Bd. ' . Cheese—Fair demand, large 4d, loaf 4£d. 9035 At Rangiora on Tuesday there was a good attendance, and large business done in the Northern Central Saleyards by Mr W. Buss and Tutton and Wilmot. There was an entry of 2000 sheep, 90 cattle, and 200 pigs, all of which changed hands ab fall rates. Fat crossbred sheep 9s 2d to 10s, fat do ewes 8a to 9s, fat merino wothere 5s to 6s, do ewes 3s to 4s 6d, lambs 3s 6d to 4s Bd, old crossbred ewes in lamb 3s to 43 63, two-tooth turnipers 7s 7d to 8s 4d. beef equal to 20a per 1001b, cow beef 18s, three-year-old store steers £4 15s to £5 2a 6d, two-year-old £3 15s to £4 2s 6d, yearlings 30s to 355, calves 15s to 255, springers, good sorts £7 to £9 10s, medium JSS to £6; piga, baconers, 345, 38a to 403 6d, porkers 13s, 18s to 255, good stores 12s to 17s, email do 6s to Ba, weanera 3e to 4a.

Messrs Tutton and Wihriot sold shoepskina, crossbreds la 91 to 23 Bd, merinos Iβ 2d to la Bd, pelts 31 to Iβ, fat (rough l£d, do rendered lid, wool in bags 4£d, fowls, hens la 3d to Iβ 6d per pair, roosters 23 to 3s, ducks 23, geese 4s, tnrkeys 5s to 7s 6d per pair, chickwheat 3s, oats Is 4d to la sd, feed barley Is 9d, peas 2s 6d, beans 3s, potatoes Is 9d to 23 3d per sack, bran 3a, sharps 63, pigiueal 7s, flour guaranteed 18s per sack, onions 5s per cwt. In the North. Canterbury Yards there was an entry of 2000 sbeep, 30 cattle and 25 pigs. The auctioneers represented were Measra H. Matson and Co., W. F. Joynt, J. G. E. Winsloe and Pyne and Co. Fat freezers realised 9a 6d to 10a, lambs 5s to 63 6d, two-tooths 63 10d to 8s SJ, 800 merino wethers 3s, fat merino ewes 33 8d to 4? 4d; pigs, baconers up to 37s 6d, iat cows £5 153 to £6 10s, steers up to £8, store cows £3 to £4 ss.
