Tuesday, Jakuart 22. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., S.M.) . Civil Cases.—Jadgment went for plaintiffs bydrfaultwithcostsin Cohen vStokes.£llos, Clarke and Son v Beaumont, £9 4a 9d, and Kent v Allan, £13 Is. - Jaokaon v Harris, claim £4 4s, on judgment summons; the ability of the debtor to pay was not proved and no order was made. Waddell v Wilson, claim £1311s, on jadgment summons ;. Mr Weston appeared for the creditor. The debtor was ordered to pay within one week, or, in default, seven weeks' imprisonment. Hayne. v Debaugh, -O'Neil v Weidaer, Sumner Borough Council v Theobold, and same v Deane, were adjourned till January 24th; Cole v MeyenCLeigh v Bailey and Fiesher v Euasell till January 29th.
