Paris, May 12. A bomb exploded iv Avenue Kleber. Much damage waa done, but no one was injured. St. Petersburg, May 12. Amoflg those arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the vast Nihilist conspiracy discovered in the capital are important Government officials, priests, bankers, members of society and friends of political liberty. In arresting a number of women in Moscow, in connection with the conspiracy, many were almost in a state of nudity before their capture was elfectad.
