Sir Charles Dilke advises the Government to continue the session for the entire year and pass the Evicted Tenants Bill, also a measure for the disestablishment of the Church in Wales. He also suggests that early in 1895 the Government should introduce a measure limiting the exercise of the veto by the House of Lords and then dissolve. The Irish National League Convention, at Liverpool, resolved to call a National Convention at Dublin for the purpose or healing the feuds of the party.
