A DANGER TO SHIPPING.

Wellington, April 28. Captain Kennedy, of the Terranora, has telegraphed to tho Marine Department that he has examined the wreckage off the Mohaka river, but was unable to remove it. The visible wreckage is the heel of a mast about 10 feet out of the water in 14 fathoms. The bearines from the mast are Mohaka river- W, £ S., and Waitua river N.W. i N. It ia 5i miles off the shore, and almost directly in the track of vessels between Wairoa aud Napier.
