(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, March 16. In the Divorce Court to-d%y before the Chief Justice, the case of Hartley v Hartley, the wife's petition for dissolution of marriage on the grounds of desertion, cruelty, and adultery, was heard. The parties were married near Liverpool, England, in 1886, and only came out to the colony a few months age. His Honour said it was questionable. whether Mrs Hartley had estaoushed a domicile iv New Zealand, but as the respondent offered no defence he granted a decree m'si.
