He will move that Irish prisoners be amnestied. The Welsh members threaten revolt unless Lord Rosebery promisee to bring in a Disestablishment Bill before Parliament is prorogued or dissolved. The Duke of Devonshire, speaking at Yeovil, paid an eloquent tribute to the retiring Premier. It is expected thab Mr Herbert Gladstone will become Commissioner of Works, Lord Tweedmouth (Mr Marjonbanks) Privy Seal, Lord Reay Under-Secretarv for India, and Mr G. W. E. Russell Under-Secretary of the Home Office.
