Cattle —Beef, equal to 23s per lOOlbs, springers £4 10s to £7 15s, calves £1 Is to £3 Bs, . y ear li oga £2 2s to £210s, fat heifers £510s, steers £7 15s. Pigs—Baconers, 36s to "49s 6d, porkers 22s to 30s. good stubbier* IBs to 353, weaners 8a to 14s 3d. At the North Canterbury Yards an entry of 2800 sheep, 80 head cattle aud 130 pigs.
