Fresh taxation will be imposed, and the corn duty raised to seven Urea per quintal. The Government iutend to coin twenty million lires' worth of nickel centimes and issue sixty million lirea , worth of Treasury notes. It is also intended to abolish octroi duties on flour and bread. February 23. Italian stocks have fallen 3|. The Government intends to propose an income tax of 20 per cent.
