Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. Berlin, January 25. The Emperor is assigning rooms in the Palace to Prince Bismarck, who is expected to arrive on Friday. January 26. The Emperor has ordered a military pageant for Prince Bismarck.
Prince Bismarck reached the city toddy, and was accorded an enthusiastic reception.
