(PBBSS ASSOCIATION TEL-GRAM.) WELLINGTON, December 28. The Hon. W. B. Mantell, Messrs W. T. L, Travers and E. Tregear are reappointed Governors of the New Zealand Institute. Captain Stair Hathorn Johnston Stewart, late of the 20th Hussars, is appointed extra aide-de-camp to hi J Excellency ..the Governor. The following Inspectors of Polioo have been appointed under the Alcoholic Liquors Sale Control Act, 1893, to be Inspectors .1 Clubs to which charters havo been or may be granted under the Licensing Act, 1881: —Thomas Broham, Peter Pender, John Thomson, William Pardy, John Emerson, James Hlck.on, and Francis Mcliovern. The Government are offering a bonus for the manufacture of glass bottles in New Zealand.
