At the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association meeting the following were the results of to-day'a play : :— Championship Singles—Second round—P. Marshall beat It. O. Koch, 6—3! 2—6,,1—6, 6—4, 6—2. M. Fenwick beat F. C. Baddeley, 6—3, 3—6, 6—l, 6—4. :Men's Championship Doubles—Logan and Fenwick (Napier) beat Gore and Koch, Marshall Bros, (Canterbury) beat Baddeley and McKeUar. Second round—Marshall Bros, beat Peele and Hooper. Lidies' Doubles Championship — First round Chapman and Miss Nicholson beat' Miss Spiers and Mies Mowbray, 6—5, 6—2.
Men's Handicap Singles— J. R. Hooper (owe 15) beat J. N. Mclntosh (rec. 15), J. Patterson (scr) beat Tempest (scr). Second roaad —H. H. Kuighc gave Stevenson a bye. E. Brown gave J. Marshall a bye. E. Brown (rec. f-15) beat A. Peel (owe 2-4-15), 3—6, 6r-4, 6—4. J. Harold (scr) beat Cγ E. b. Gillies (owe 2-4-15), 6—3, 3—6, 6—3. J. Patoo (rec. $-15) beat H. T. Mac Lean (rec. J-15), 6—l, 6—l. Third round— J. P. Stevenson (scr) beat J. M. Marshall (owe 40), 4—6. 6—3, 6—3.
Men's Handicap Doubles — Sykes and Colbeck (rec. 15) beat Paterson and Tempest (reo. i-15), 6—4. 9—7.
Hooper and Fenwick meet in the Championship Singles to-morrow, when also the Championship Doubles will bo decided, which rest between Fenwick and Logan (Napier) and Marshall Bros. (Canterbury). An exciting finish is expected.
