The following are the battery returns for the week :—Globe, 2370z of amalgam from 190 tons; Hercules, 2540z from 95 tons; Alpine, 3960z from 446 tons ; Cumberland, 1340z from 90 tons; Big River, 1440z from 90 tons; Progress, 3250z from 150 tons ; WealtlCHOoz from 117 tons; Golden Lead, 530z of retorted gold for four weeks' crushing.
