(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, October 24. The body of Arthur Evans, for many years salesman to Messrs Hill and Sons,, hatters, was found floating la the harbor this morning. He was., clothed, and had a nightdress on. Heliad been ailing from liver affection, and ib is feared that it is _ case of suicide. Later. Evans was not drowned, but hanged himself to the hooks on the landing-stage, near the Star Boating Shed. He had evidently been in the water,' as his clothes were wet. He was a single man, ; and had threatened to drown himself.
