ARRIVAL OF THE WAKATIPU.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) Wellington, September 28. The Wakatipu arrived at 5.30 p.m. from Sydney after a fine weather passage. Passengers—For Lytteiton—Mr and Mrs Ellis, Mr and Mrs Capper, Mrs Alabaster, Miss Powell, Messrs Hall, Willmot, Pither, Hayward, Lance, Mason, Wemiss, Stack, Rattray, Henderson, Turner, and Hale. For Dunedin—Miss White, Mr and Miss Fanny
Mrs Isen and family, Dr. Rogers, Messrs Jones, Bird, Romey, and McFarlane. She has 136 passengers for all ports, and the racehorses Stepniak, Melinite, and Ich Dien, for Lytteiton.
