Indramayo, was fiued £2 5s 6;1 for smuggling l_lb tobacco, and disposing of it. At the open meeting of the Jubilee Pioneer Assembly Knights of Labour, to consider the Shipping and Seamen's Act, there was large attendance of seamen and others interested in the Bill. The various clauses were discussed, aud sundry resolutions containing practical suggestions were passed, to be forwarded to the Government.
