At the races yesterday tbe horse Ducrow fell in the Waverley Handicap, and having put his shoulder out was destroyed. The jockey, Kennedy, was re noved to the hospital suffering from concussion of the brain. Mr. Stead's horses. Ich Den, Melinite and Stepniak, were shipped in the steamer Wakatipu, which sailed to-day.
