At the Cycling sports the t.vo mile bicycle team3 5 race was won by New Zealand, New South Wales second aud Queensland third. New Zealand scored twelve points and the other placed colonies six points each ; the points being awarded on the relative posi tions of the men at the finish. In the race Kerr, of Sydney, w<«,s first by five yards, with Hayward, of New Zealand, second and Wilmot third. Time, smin 43 l-sthsec.
Wilmot won the mile scratch race by ten yards from Hay ward. Time, 2min 41 l-sth sec; six started.
