Mr Huddart has issued instructions for the steamers Miowera and Warrimoo to continue calliug at Brisbane until the arrival of Mr Bovvell, the Canadian Minister, in Australia, who will urge closer trade relations and better tariffs between Canada and the Australian colonies. Mr Huddart states that if he fails to make satisfactory arrangements with Queensland, New South Wales will ask for permission for th 9 steamers to call at Fiji.
