BRAZILIAN REBELLION.
Frew Association—Bl?«{rfo XaJesraph—ConrngM. Bio de Janeiro, September 14. The residents of the capital are in a panic and are leaving the city. The foreign warships have removed out of the line of fire. Washington, September 15. News received from Brazil states that the rebels bombarded the forts at Rio de Janeiro for six hours. The Brazilian Legation states that no damage was done, and that the army and citizens still remain loyal.
