WELLINGTON NOTES.
September 6. The Committee of exigency appointed by the Wesleyan Conference has passed the following resolution in regard to the Endowment and Educational Reserves Bill:—"This meeting protests in the strongest and most emphatic manner to tbe principle of the Bill, and considers clauses 2 and 8 as being specially unreasonable and doing injustice to the bodies to whom the endowments were originally made."
