The Colonial Par'y at a meeting presided over by Sir J. Gorat, re solved to bring oa a disauesion upon the disorders in Samoa upon the Estimates. Owing to Sir E. Grey's assurance the New Hebrides question was deferred. THE CHOLERA. September 4. Cholera has appeared in ninety-four fresh places in Hungary in two days. Three deaths are reported at Hull, and two more at Grimsby. THE SILVER QUESTION. Washington, September 3. Mr Cleveland is confident that the Sherman Act will be repealed before the month ie over, and ecouts the idea of a compromise. A BAND OF OUTLAWS WIPED OUT. September 4. The police surprised Dalton'a band of outlaws at an hotel in Guthrie, Kentucky, and a fight ensued, lasting an hour. Eventually ail the outlaws were killed except one, who was oaptured. Five police and civilians were wounded. THE VICTIMS OF THE CYCLONE. Tbe death roll of the recent bycione now amounts to fifteen hundred. The corpses are being buried in largo trenches. CANADA AND AUSTRALIA. Ottawa, September 4. Much interest is being taken in Canada in Mr BowelTs miasion to Australia.
