lv, the House of Commons Mr Curran has given notice to ask the Secretary of State for the Foreign Department if he has any information of the intention of Frauce with respect to the annexation of the New Hebrides as reported from Sydney. August 30.
The Manchester Chamber of Commerce has made a protest to Lord Kosebery, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, against the French action in Siam
The Daily News asserts that the Foreign Office ia uot aware that France desires to anuex the Sew Hebrides.
