Tuesday, July 25. (Before hie Honour Mr Justice Dennis ten.) Hie Honour sat in Chambers at 10.30 a.m. NXW BRIGHTON TRAMWAY COMPANY V KNIGHT AND OTHERS. Mr Caygill, for the defendants, applied herein for an order for discovery. Mr Weston appeared for plaintiffs. Hia Honour made the order as preyed. BE ELIZABETH SWALE. Mr Bruges applied herein for an order appointing Messrs F. Fuller and F. H. Bruges as trustees. MrFlesher, for the executors, consented, and his Eonour made the order. RE ELIZABETH GOODISON, DECEASED. Mr Hall obtained an order for probate herein.
