The evidence of the barmaid, the Hcensse and hie son was tb the effect that the accused put the flash in his pocket in the bar. It was taken from him, and he wag given in charge. Accused said the barmaid gave him the flask. Fined 20s, or in default fourteen days , imprisonment.
